ZipCap is an innovative concept company that uses new-age technology to help benefit the elderly and disabled. By realizing the beneficial relationship between AI technology and medication delivery, my team and I developed a branded pharmacy delivery platform for the Health Care Industry. This concept can help the elderly and disabled through pharmacy deliveries to both patients and doctors.
Our problem was to figure out a way to facilitate pharmaceutical deliveries for the elderly and disabled within the Colorado region; as well as finding a way for doctors to create deliveries between themselves and pharmacies.
We focused on elderly residents, people with physical impairments, and people who have limited access to medical supplies. We were hoping this would help these communities — the audience's unique needs led the team to brainstorm and create an AI-assisted medical supply delivery system.
ZipCap would be AI-assisted through a partnership with the robotics company, Nuro, which develops autonomous delivery vehicles. By integrating their autonomous fleet with our platform, we could enable end-to-end deliveries between doctors, pharmacies, and patients without manual handoffs.
We saw that by creating these solutions and staying ahead of technological trends, we would not only meet the needs of our customers and boost their satisfaction, but also increase sales. Brand strategy reinforced this — a clear identity that signaled trust, accessibility, and a forward-looking healthcare experience for the people who needed it most.
